Stroller Strides is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute boot-camp style workout incorporates power walking or jogging and strength and toning exercises.

Stroller Barre is a stroller-based fitness program using a unique blend of barre, Pilates, yoga and ballet.
