The release of muscle tension relating to back pain, bringing balance to fatigue, are basic building blocks of a yoga practice. With experienced instruction the worry of causing more pain to muscle tissue is obsolete. 

Diastisis Recti, Pubic Symphysis Dysfunction (PSD), or any other pregnancy or birth related issues, can be relived by practicing regularly on your own (with correct technique reminders).

Diastisis Recti: Abdominal muscles are relaxed because of hormones allowing expansion and cannot always get back to a normal level of function on their own. Things like crunches, sit-ups, pushups, and front planks, make abdominal separation worse. 

PXD: The hormone relaxin stretches ligaments in your pubic region. This will cause instability and pain in the pelvic joint. The severity of symptoms varies from mild discomfort to severely debilitating pain.

The first package is for breastfeeding support alone, it includes the initial lactation visit of two hours, and a follow up visit of one and a half hours.

Lactation and postpartum doula support includes an initial lactation visit, with a follow up postpartum doula care visit of 4 hours. Postpartum doula work provides information regarding healing physical wounds, any trauma that could be talked through and techniques for swaddling, carrying, sleeping and other concerns.
